Wonderful Beach connected to the Grand Hyatt.. Absolutely excellent view of the sea. Coast looks challenging though. It was a “red flag” condition day we went and surf were big. Nobody was in the water diving or moving off of the high cliff stone. Ideal for images though.

Warning – there are stones under the water even as close as you would walk into the advantage of the water. Def not for informal vacation people or kids.

One of the most breathtaking seashores in The island of kauai. You have to drive past the Poipu Beach sign. There is adequate vehicle parking outside and also there is a rest area and a shower in case you get into the water. There is a small hike to get to the top of the stones and we liked it. The strolling path is protected by leaves so there is a nice colour on a hot summer day. Beach is amazingly less populated during day time and that what makes it more attractive. Great images from on top of the stones.
